For longevity and preventive care
Know the whole patient.
Profile Health is genetic intelligence software for longevity and preventive care. We combine a patient's whole genome with their labs, records and goals, so you can personalize care in the time you have.
Designed by people who have to use it: a practicing clinician, a molecular pathologist, and a founder who has been the patient.

The problem
Your patient is in there somewhere.
Their story is scattered across PDFs, portals and lab reports. Their genome sits unread. Their goals live on an intake form. So care ends up generic, and your clinicians spend nights on charts.
Scattered.
Records, labs and specialty tests, all in different places.
Generic.
Protocols built on population averages, not this person.
Buried.
Hours of chart review before a fifteen-minute visit.
What does Profile Health do?
It brings everything about a patient into one place, then helps your team act on it.
01
Smart intake
One intake form for the patient, and we request their health records at the same time.
02
One timeline
EHR documents, labs and specialty labs, synced into a single view over time.
03
Clinical intelligence
Ask about your patients in plain language and get answers from your own data, not a static report.
04
Whole genome insights
One at-home saliva sample, four analyses: polygenic risk across 400 traits, clinical variants, pharmacogenomics and nutrigenomics.
05
Optimal ranges
Labs compared with optimal ranges, not just normal ones, and adjusted for sex.
06
Safety checks
Drug–drug, drug–gene and drug–allergy interactions, flagged before anything is suggested.
07
Environmental data
Environmental exposures read alongside labs, records and genetics.
08
Evidence-based suggestions
Grounded in peer-reviewed research and functional medicine databases, for you to review and approve.

Genotype + phenotype
Most tools read one of these. Real care needs all of them.
Your patient's genome never changes. Their labs, records, conditions, environment, wearables and goals show what's happening now. Profile Health reads them together, so your team can build a personalized, holistic, proactive care plan for this patient, not a population average.
Three ways to use Profile Health
Start where you are.
Run your clinic on it, add it to the EHR you already use, or build it into your own product.
01
Standalone
Run your practice on Profile Health end to end: intake, records, genomics and evidence-based suggestions.

What is Profile Health?
Profile Health is genetic intelligence software for longevity and preventive care clinics. It combines whole genome sequencing with a patient's labs, records and goals, so clinicians can personalize care.
Does Profile Health work with my EHR?
Yes. Profile Health can sit alongside your existing EHR with two-way sync, or you can run your clinic on it end to end. Tell us about your setup and we'll walk you through it.
What does the whole genome analysis include?
One at-home saliva sample, sequenced by a CLIA-certified lab partner. We run four analyses: polygenic risk scores across 400 traits, clinical variants, pharmacogenomics and nutrigenomics.
Is there a genomics API for health apps?
Yes. Apps can use our genomics and clinical intelligence through a GraphQL API with a REST facade and API-key auth. Read the docs or email support@profilehealth.com.
Does Profile Health diagnose or treat patients?
No. Profile Health provides clinical decision support. Every suggestion is a draft for your team to review, and all clinical decisions stay with the treating clinician.
